TERRY HARTMANN, MBA
Interim Executive Director

Terry Hartmann is a senior finance executive with proven results reflecting a personal and professional focus on Integrity, Customer Service and Efficiency. He has deep experience in shared financial services. 

Currently Terry is CI's Interim Executive Director, starting in March 2024. He is also an Adjunct Lecturer at St. John Fisher College since Jan 2013, providing instruction in International Finance to Juniors & Seniors.

Experience includes performing as Director of Finance & Operations for Children's Institute from May 2013 - Jan 2022, creating webinars and self-pace learning for Accenture Academy from Mar 2011 - Sep 2018, and leading Finance & Administration for Ambrell from Oct 2011 - Apr 2013. 

Terry also worked for Xerox as Director, Financial Services from Nov 1998 - Jul 2009 with comprehensive operational responsibility for US Payroll, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Employee expense reports, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and all related Sarbanes Oxley compliance activities, and VP, Finance and CFO for Xerox International Partners from Sep 1995 - Nov 1998, responsible for FP&A, Accounting, Information Technology and fiduciary duties for $300M joint venture / OEM provider to leading printer vendors. Also served as acting VP/Human Resources. Helped grow revenue in the 75-person entity from $250M to $400M. 

Terry has also been CFO for the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, Trustee & past Treasurer for Geva Theatre Center from Jun 2009 - Jun 2018, and Director, Area Director at Large & Audit Committee for Financial Executives International from 2009 - Jul 2012.
