Study Finds Quality of Prekindergarten Programs in Rochester Is Higher Than Other Programs Studied Nationwide

More than 85 percent of the classrooms studied meet or exceed national quality measures for preschool education, said evaluators of the Rochester Early Childhood Assessment Partnership (RECAP). More than 80 percent of students exceed expectations for academic skills when they leave prekindergarten.
