Spring time

I hear children playing outside, adults milling about the yards, and I smile. The warmer days seem to bring many of us, young and old back outside. The seasons cycle around again and I am amazed at the “freshness” of each spring.

Another Primary Project cycle will end soon. Another school year accomplished. As the year begins to wind down, it is a great time for reflection. How do we stay fresh, despite some of the complex and competing struggles in education today?

We talk a lot about resiliency in children. How do we keep "fresh and alive" with our own Primary Project teams? How are we showing our own resiliency?

Hmmm….I may just have to go outside and ponder on this a while.
