Services
Systematic assessment, consultation, and evaluation services can help people and programs grow to achieve positive outcomes and strive for excellence.
Our services are targeted to people and organizations who work directly with children. They include effective and efficient means to chart, track, study, improve, and implement knowledge, strategies, and practices that serve children.
Assessment, consultation, and evaluation work hand-in-hand to meet your needs at the child, program, and organizational levels. Our accreditation program for child care centers assures high quality care to children.
RECAP is a 15 year community-wide assessment process that improves the quality of programs for three- and four-year-olds, including prekindergarten classrooms. Over 2,000 children and 170 classrooms are assessed annually.
Children’s Institute’s commitment to quality and best practices in our approach to service delivery ensures that all of our work is:
- Based on sound research
- Culturally and linguistically competent
- Accessible and responsive to a wide range of needs
