Overview

Children's Institute is seeking a provider of services, as outlined below, in support of our impending contract with NY State Education Department. Our goal is to identify a quality supplier providing competitive pricing and customer service who is a certified M/WBE contractor. The contract may be for up to five years, commencing on or before September 1, 2018. The total value of the contract, if 100% is provided through one vendor in the identified category, is as shown below.

Printing:

  • Total potential contract over five years: $21,000
  • Printing requirements: Digital and Offset Printing; 3-10 business day turnaround
  • Items to be provided: Biennial reports, newsletters, brochures, agency letterhead, envelopes, custom letter printing, custom business forms, postcards, flyers, pocket folders, business cards, manuals.

 

Office supplies:

  • Total potential contract over five years: $27,500
  • Delivery terms: Free delivery, 1-2 business day turnaround
  • Items to be provided: Paper, pens, notebooks, printer ink/toner, computer supplies (software, peripherals), labels, general supplies.

 

Janitorial supplies:

  • Total potential contract over five years: $9,500
  • Delivery terms: Free delivery, 1-2 business day turnaround
  • Items to be provided: Janitorial and paper supplies.

 

Translation services:

  • Total potential contract over five years: $1,500
  • Turnaround requirements: 1-2 business day turnaround
  • Items to be provided: Translations of agency newsletters, consent forms, assessment measures, flyers.
