WHAT I DO AT CHILDREN'S INSTITUTE
- Utilize the ERS tools to do observations in the field for QUALITYstarsNY
- Review ERS observations submitted by Master Observers from across the state
- Train and support observers to help build continuous improvement
- Help out in any other capacity that I am able
PASSIONATE ABOUT
- My family and watching my daughter grow into an incredible young woman who is equally as passionate about young children as I am
- Being a vegetarian
- Believing that all children deserve the best start in life and that we all have a hand in making that a reality

FUN FACTS
- I lived in Ecuador for a year
- I am adopted and subsequently discovered I have 9 brothers in total
- I love to sing to 80's music in my car....only when I am alone!
