WHAT IS THE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MODEL?
Children’s Institute offers a Continuous Improvement Framework that provides teams with an individualized approach in strengthening program implementation. This framework supports a mindset that growth happens through ongoing reflection, learning, and small purposeful changes that lead to better outcomes over time. During the 2025-2026 school year, several New York State Primary Project teams participated in a pilot of this process to inform and refine our own continuous improvement practices.
