WHAT IS PRIMARY PROJECT'S CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MODEL?

A continuous improvement model provides teams with an individualized approach in strengthening program implementation. In the 2025-2026 school year, several New York State Primary Project teams will pilot this process to inform and refine our own continuous improvement practices. In subsequent years, this model will be available to all Primary Project programs. 

AM I ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT PILOT?

Eligible participants in 2025-2026 will be notified by the Primary Project team. If you have specific questions, contact your program consultant.
